STATEMENT
Gallery Intervention at Emotional Vocabulary Exhibition, New York 2023
My work reflects on love, its various forms, and the use of language as a tool to understand it.
To be alive is to be in a perpetual state of evolution, and this is an unprecedented experiment that I seek to address through my practice of embroidery on paper, aiming to generate models capable of providing new forms of self-awareness and reflection.
What I am showing now is the result of a conscious exercise to understand the different relationships between human beings. We all can share a unique experience, and if emotions stimulate behavior, through my work, I seek to celebrate the right and responsibility to feel everything.
Life is alchemy. From the outside, inward, and from the inside, out.

Mi obra reflexiona sobre el amor, sus diferentes aristas y la forma de usar el lenguaje como una herramienta para entenderlo.
Estar vivo es estar en un estado perpetuo de evolución, y este es un experimento sin precedentes, el cual busco abordar desde mi práctica por medio de bordado sobre papel, con el fin de generar modelos capaces de brindar nuevas formas de autoconocimiento y reflexión.
Lo que muestro ahora es el resultado de un ejercicio consciente de entender las diferentes relaciones entre los seres humanos, todos podemos compartir una experiencia de formas únicas, y si las emociones estimulan el comportamiento, por medio de mi obra busco hacer una oda al derecho, y la responsabilidad de sentirlo todo.
La vida es alquimia. Desde afuera, hacia adentro, y desde adentro hacia afuera. Sigo buscando, y sigo encontrando.
